Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 5 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Cancellation Policy: 1) We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or mechanical issues, even at short notice. 2) If we cancel the charter there will be a full refund and the cancellation fee does not apply. 3) All cancellations by the client must occur with a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to the scheduled date. 4) A cancellation fee of $400 AED will if adequate notice is not given. 5) In fishing charters there will be no refund if the fishing proves unsuccessful. 6) If a customer gets seasick or becomes unwell, the Captain will offer to spend the remaining time at close from the shore or return to port. Either way, there will be no refund. 7) No shows on the scheduled charter date will result in 100% forfeit of trip price.
