CANCELLATION POLICY Should you require to cancel your reserved charter for any reason, whether personal, inconvenient or mentioned by authorities stated in the above paragraph, we offer a grace period in which to reschedule your charter for another time. Please be advised, rescheduling is only valid within the 20-day notice of canceled charter and can be made for any time in the future. PLEASE NOTE: We are not held liable, subject to, or at fault for unavailable dates in regards to rescheduling, but we pledge to do our due diligence to accommodate you in any way we possibly can. If for any reason WE require you to cancel or change your charter times, or dates, due to, but not limited to, weather conditions, mechanical failure, or for other reasons beyond our control, we will re-book you. We do not offer reimbursement for travel, accommodation changes, any other incidental expenses, or consequential issues incurred by you.. Refunds are only ever permitted when canceling your reservation due to the closing of port and having only been announced by the Port Captain himself. Partial refunds are not valid upon your, or your invited guest's request to cut short the scheduled time of your personal private charter. If the scheduled vessel is not in the conditions you expected, you are entitled to refuse our services. In this instance, ONLY, you are qualified for a full refund of the DEPOSIT paid only. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have stepped aboard your personal charter, and proceeded with your reservation, you have obligatorily claimed ownership/possession of that reservation, and the deposit will NOT be refunded for any reason. Once the vessel has left the port, a refund will not be considered. Motion Sickness: We will not be held responsible for trips cut short due to seasickness. Some of our guests have a high tolerance for motion and others feel ill even before getting on the boat. There are no refunds due to motion sickness.. Snorkeling: We offer snorkeling as part of our yacht charters, but please note that its availability is dependent on weather conditions. In the event of high waves or swells, rain, or dangerous weather conditions that make it unsafe for you and your group to snorkel, we may not be able to offer this activity. Therefore, we cannot guarantee snorkeling as an activity during your charter. Please note that any cancellation of snorkeling due to weather conditions does not entitle you to any discounts, reimbursements, incentives, or compensation. Water Toys: Please note that water toys with our yacht charters are complimentary and subject to availability. They might not be present due to reasons like maintenance or previous misuse. The charter fee is for the yacht itself, not the water toys. Therefore, their absence doesn't entitle you to any refund or discount. Lost Items: The client is responsible for his/her, and all guest's personal items. We are not held accountable for any items lost, damaged, waterlogged, or items left on the yacht. However, we will do our best to recover any lost items.. Alcohol policy. We strive to provide the best alcohol experience for our guests, but please note that availability of certain brands may vary depending on the store or country. For vodka, we typically serve Grey Goose, Kettle One, Stoly Naya, and Absolute. For whiskey, we offer J&B Whiskey. Rum drinkers can enjoy Bacardi Brand Rum, while tequila aficionados can sip José Cuero Traditional or Don Julio Silver Tequila. In order to keep our guests safe and the experience classy, we limit the amount of alcohol to four bottles per group of up to 12 passengers. Mixers such as tonic water, soda water, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and limes are also provided. We typically stock our ice chest with beer such as Corona Light and Dos Equis Light, however, the brands may vary. We hope this will be enough to keep everyone on board satisfied, while still being mindful of safety. Menu items policy. Our yacht charters offer a menu that usually remains the same throughout the year. However, due to seasonal changes, certain items might not be available. If this happens, we always strive to provide something equally as good or even better. We want our customers to be happy and enjoy their time on the yacht, so we do our best to ensure that there are no surprises. We make most of our food on the yacht or have it prepared before the charter at one of our local restaurants. However, they might not have certain ingredients or products, and we understand if that leads to changes in the menu. Our goal is to provide you with a delicious and enjoyable meal and to make sure that you return to us year after year. COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY. It is the responsibility of the Charterer to ensure that he and his guests meet all Covid travel requirements to and from the port of embarkation/disembarkation and for the countries to be visited during the charter. All parties acknowledge that under the current COVID-19 situation, there are inherent cruising limitations and health risks by traveling and that the Owner, Charterer and Crew will make a good faith effort to adhere to CDC and WHO guidelines but cannot guarantee that any of these measures will prevent the potential risk of contracting COVID 19 or related illness. If despite their good faith efforts, any member of the Charterer’s party or any crew member develops symptoms of COVID-19 during or within 14 days of the end of the charter, each party, including Owner, Charterer, Broker, and Stakeholder, agrees to hold the other harmless. If the Charter is unable to take place as scheduled due to a Covid-related reason; such as any Charter Guest or Crew testing positive prior to the charter, or if there are travel shutdowns or bans that would prohibit the Charterer from flying to the Port of Boarding or returning home, the Owner agrees to permit the charter to be rescheduled within a period of 18 months from the Originally scheduled charter and based on the yacht's available dates and ports. Any non-refundable expenses already spent from the APA Deposit at the time the notification is given of a Covid-related reason will be at the Charterer's expense.
