As a retired Marine Law Enforcement Officer, I have an in-depth knowledge of Tampa Bay’s waters, sandbars, and islands. We follow all local and Federal laws. The Captain at any point can refuse and, or terminate an activate voyage if patron(s) become unruly or violate the laws. Weather related cancellations prior to boarding or early voyage termination will result in either a full or partial refund depending on the length of voyage. No smoking allowed onboard. No glass bottles are allowed onboard.
