There was a small misunderstanding at first—Alessio initially thought we had reserved a self-riding boat—but once he realized our actual booking, everything was quickly sorted out. From that point on, he was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. He adjusted the ride to match our preferences, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery and relax. His local insights and easygoing nature made the whole experience feel special and personal. A perfect way to spend time on the water—highly recommended!

Alesso went above and beyond on our reservation. We arrived late which he was very patient to wait. Paperwork and overview of the boat was a breeze. The location where the boat is kept is phenomenal! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we were late for drop off. Communicated with Alesso on the delay and he was more then accommodating. Just for reference, Alesso's rental was the cheapest on the lake for the hourly rate plus vessel was well taken care of. The additional hours that we went over was even a more fair rate. This Madd our day on the water experience ! Would highly recommend. We spent an hour driving from Lenno to Lecco to pick up and drop of the boat. I would not hesitate again to do the same!
