This vessel is offered as a private, captained charter experience. All charters include a licensed captain assigned by Splash Life Charters to ensure a safe, seamless, and professional experience. Maximum of 12 guests per charter in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and insurance limitations. Charters depart from Sag Harbor with options including sunset cruises, Montauk excursions, beach days, and waterfront restaurant outings. Fuel is included for local cruising. Extended trips (such as Montauk) may incur additional fuel charges, which will be discussed in advance. Weather cancellations are determined solely by the captain for safety. In the event of unsafe conditions, charters will be rescheduled. All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times. Alcohol is permitted (BYOB).
