I reached out to Martin, and once again, he responded promptly and was very accommodating with rescheduling. When boat day finally arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The boat was spotless, well-prepared, and stocked with drinks and treats. Martin and David were both onboard, and they were phenomenal hosts—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience. The music was perfect, and Martin even brought out a drone to capture stunning aerial photos of our group, which was such a special touch. It was an outstanding and unforgettable experience. The staff were really great and we had a lot of fun on the boat. Unfortunately I was told it’s a 20 minute shuttle between the resort and boat and it wound up being 45 minutes each way plus they stopped to run their own errand both there and back. I didn’t appreciate misconstrued information to my 65 guests. Our boat actually hit a sand bar and broke a motor but it didn’t matter to us as they got a new boat to come get us while we partied. we wound up getting an extra hour of time because of this. We were supposed to be back at the resort at 4:30 and got back after 6, we were on island time so other than being very hungry it was fine.

Frank was a terrific guide! We booked last minute and he accommodated our schedule. We snorkeled in beautiful crystal clear waters, and he took our teenage daughters to a fishing spot where they both caught fish. He cleaned the fish right on the boat, so we could take it home to cook for dinner. Finally, he meandered back slowly near the coastline so we could catch the sunset. Would highly recommend. We visited two great snorkeling sotes; Frank was very knowledgeable on snorkeling and dive sites as well as fishing and surfing destinations We’d happily come back to experience more of Puerto Rico from the sea with Frank. Frank is a very experienced captain. All five of us enjoyed his company, his professionalism - and his very comfortable boat.
