Owner's Description

Our vessel named Kalihi, is a 24 ft center console Edgewater fishing boat made in 2019. The vessel was named after a tiger shark in Hawai'i that our owner has a special connection with over the past 6 years. At the heart of our company is a deep commitment to ocean conservation & responsible wildlife interaction. Our mission is to ensure every ocean-user understands the critical importance of protecting marine ecosystems by following our core principle: look, but don't touch. We believe that educating our guests fosters a meaningful connection with the ocean and its inhabitants -- one that inspires lasting care & protection. Our tours are intentionally limited to just six guests per boat, creating a personalized, VIP-style experience--without the VIP price tag. This small -group format allows for a 1:6 guide-to-guest ratio, ensuring a safer, more respectful interaction with marine life, and giving our crew the ability to gently guide guests if they get too close to wildlife. Human touch, even with the best intentions, can disrupt delicate ecosystems and damage marine animals. Our experiences are designed to honor the ocean, not exploit it. By strictly observing wildlife in its natural habitat without disturbing it, we reinforce that the ocean is not a petting zoo, but a living, breathing world deserving of respect and natural, unforced interactions. Throughout the tour we'll be educating on Hawaiian culture & wildlife conservation.
