- Weather Cancellations: Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, high winds), the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion. Light rain typically does not warrant cancellation. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive on time. Trips may be shortened for late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged the full amount. - Safety First: Life jackets are provided and must be worn upon request or during rough conditions. All passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. - Boat Rules: No glass containers, illegal substances, or excessive alcohol. Please respect the boat and gear—we work hard to keep everything clean and fish-ready. - Catch & Release: We encourage catch-and-release for certain species to protect the fishery, but some harvesting is allowed within legal limits.
