Full refund up to 3 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Up to 72 hours before the cruise, you can cancel or edit your cruise with no cancellation penalty. Less than 72 hours before the cruise or in case of no show there is no refund (100% charge applies). Till the evening before the cruise, you can change the amount of guests coming for the cruise. If less people arrive ON THE DAY OF THE CRUISE, there will be no refund. In case of bad weather we will do our best to reschedule the cruise depending in yours and our availability. In case no reschedule is possible, you will receive full refund. There will be no refunds for sea sickness on the day of the trip due to all items and boat preparations being ready. If you present any sea sickness, we'll be more than happy to stay at the dock until the affected person feels better or during the whole trip.
