CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 100% refund. • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable. GUESTS & ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS The base charter price includes up to 80 guests. Additional guests are $60 USD per person, up to the vessel's maximum capacity of 120 guests. The final guest count must be provided prior to departure. Any applicable additional guest charges must be paid before boarding. WEATHER & PORT CLOSURES If the Port Captain closes or restricts the port due to adverse weather or sea conditions and the charter is unable to operate, guests may choose between a 100% refund or rescheduling to another available date, subject to availability. Weather conditions alone do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless they prevent the charter from operating safely or navigation is officially restricted by the appropriate maritime authority. MECHANICAL ISSUES If a mechanical issue with the vessel prevents the charter from operating as scheduled, guests may choose between a 100% refund or rescheduling to another available date, subject to availability. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival by the guest or any member of the group does not extend the scheduled charter time and does not qualify for a refund. Detailed meeting and boarding instructions will be provided after the booking is confirmed. SAFETY & OPERATION The Captain has final authority regarding navigation, itinerary, swimming, snorkeling, water activities, and any operational decisions necessary for the safety of guests, crew, and the vessel. All guests must follow the Captain's and crew's instructions at all times while onboard and during water activities. The itinerary and water activities may be modified or restricted when necessary due to weather, sea conditions, maritime regulations, or safety considerations. GROUP RESPONSIBILITY The person making the reservation is responsible for providing an accurate final guest count and for communicating applicable onboard rules and safety instructions to all members of their group. The vessel has a maximum capacity of 120 guests.
