2023 SEAFAIR LOG BOOM on French 45' Flybridge Yacht AURORA in Lake Washington

The Primary Yacht Charter guest agrees as follows: The parties agree that this is a contract and constitutes a binding agreement.Charter may not exceed Maximum 12 guests on board while cruising at any time.  Large and/or heavy individuals may decrease the maximum number of guests on board.Smoking is allowed only on swim platform and only when not in motion. Smoking not permitted in the cabin area or anywhere inside or outside on the fly bridge, front deck or aft deck.Pets allowed on board the vessel with $500 per pet fee has been paid and a grass mat has been prearranged.Children must be under the direct watch & supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times.Late arrival of charter guests will not alter the end time of this charter.  Failure of the charter guest to board the boat at the specified time or failure of the charter guest to use the yacht for the full term of the charter shall not entitle the guest for a return of the charter fees paid or extentension.Cruising Area is limited to Lake Union/North Lake Washington for half day charters and Lake Union/Lake Washington for full day charters.  Husky Sailgating Charters are for the event specified onlyMaster and VIP staterooms are available for additional $750 fee.No shoes allowed in the cabin or fly bridge, front deck or aft deck. Primary Charter Guest agrees to indemnify and hold owner, the company and the insurance company harmless against all claims of causes of any kind involved during the charter of the yacht.Primary Charter Guest agrees to be responsible for any and all damage caused by any passenger and to replace or make good any damage to the boat or equipment. Primary Charter Guest agrees to remit as part of their charter agreement, a credit or debit card to be used in the event of damage. This includes accidental damage, toilet plugging, spills, rips, scratches, glass damage, etc.Primary Charter Guest agrees to be liable for any and all injuries to any guests on board or off board or another vessel if the actions of any Charter Party Guest or Sea Conditions should cause injury to themselves or another party.Primary Charter Guest agrees not to assign this agreement to any other party.If the Primary Charter Guest cancels the reservation less than 14 days prior to the charter and does not rebook all of the paid monies will be be retained as a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation occurs prior to 14 days 50% of the monies will be refunded or an alternate date can be set for the charter.Should the Charter Party encounter a mechanical problem with the vessel propulsion that is not the fault of the charter guest that prevents the continued charter use of the vessel for any period of time then the company will extend or credit the time of the Charter guest by refunding a proportionate amount of the the charter fee.  The company will pay the Primary Charter Guest $100 in addition to a prorated refund for the inconvenience.
