Captain J. Mark Therrell of 35 years powerboat yachts and chartering for client is great fun to show them a good time on the water. Adventures Sunsets Dolphins and to have special events with friends. Bring you food and drink or customize a trip to the eatery or Bistro. Bachelor Bachelorette Birthdays Anniversary and any other event or occasion. A day at the party hole we have the Sandbar in Galveston and Nassau Bay party hole and some places no one gets to know about. Cancellation Policy: The Yacht should be left in the same condition it was rented out to the customer. Any damage should be reported to the captain. The 750.00 deposit will be used in the repair. Please inventory the boat by camera video before and after the charter Deposit is not refundable, if the client cancels the trip, for any reason. Weather, or conflicting dates or shows up more than 1 hour late the trip is canceled and nonrefundable. Drugs or firearms....behavior and assault are considered breaking the law in any way will cancel the trip. Intimidation, narcotics, firearms of any kind or unsafe behavior. The trip will be canceled and no refund. You agree to these terms when you make payment to secure charter.
