Cancelation and Refund Policy - Reservations are 100% refundable up to 5 days before your scheduled event. - If the reservation is canceled within the 5 days prior to the scheduled tour, the deposit is lost. - If late to the scheduled tour time a $50 dollar inconvenience fee will be applied, and lost time will not be replaced or added to the originally scheduled tour time.
