Booking & Time - Minimum booking: 3 hours - Please arrive 15 minutes early - Rental time starts at the scheduled booking time (not arrival time) - Late arrivals do NOT extend the rental period Capacity & Safety - Maximum capacity 10 - Children must be supervised at all times - No illegal substances allowed - All guests must follow safety instructions at all times Alcohol & Food - Alcohol is allowed (except red wine) - No glass containers allowed - No grilling on board House Rules - No smoking - No hookah allowed - No shoes on board Conduct Policy - No violence or aggressive behavior will be tolerated - Trip will be terminated immediately without refund if rules are violated Damage Policy - Any damage to the boat or equipment will result in additional charges - Renter is fully responsible for any damages caused during the rental Cleanliness - Please clean up after yourselves - All trash must be collected before the end of the trip Weather Policy - In case of unsafe weather conditions, the trip will be rescheduled - The owner/host has the final decision regarding safety conditions Cancellation Policy - Free cancellation up to (X days before booking) - No-shows are non-refundable - Late cancellations may be partially refunded Agreement - By booking, renter agrees to all terms and assumes full responsibility during the rental period - Owner/host has final authority on all safety decisions
