FOR CANCELATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER OR ANY REASON , YOUR DEPOSIT WILL TURN INTO A FUTURE CREDIT SAME SEASON ONLY. Reservations are non-refundable, and the credit card provided will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. Reservation can be rescheduled if we are notified at least 48 hours before the reserved time; otherwise, the payment will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the undersigned parties (“Boat Owner”) agrees to rent the Boat listed above to Renter (identified above) for the time specified and subject to all terms and conditions set forth below. Follow cancelation policy, all parties must be at the boat the time set for departure. No illegal activities or substances on boat. No standing on furniture with shoes on of no type, any damages will be charged to card of file.
