The Boat: Our boat offers everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious experience. At the front, you'll find a perfect sun deck to lounge and soak up the sun. At the back, there's a cozy seating area where you can comfortably sit and socialize. The boat is equipped with an excellent Bluetooth audio system, so you can play your own music and set the perfect mood. The Tour: During our tour, we will sail to the most breathtaking spots in Ibiza, such as Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, and Cala Tarida, with a fantastic view of Es Vedra. Enjoy the crystal-clear water, the sun, and the stunning surroundings! The Sunset Tour: Starting at 18:30, we’ll sail to the most breathtaking spots in Ibiza, like Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, and Cala Tarida. You'll have a stunning view of Es Vedra as the sun dips into the sea. It's the perfect setting to swim, enjoy a drink, and relax in the soft evening light. We are both in our late twenties, and when we're not out on the water, you’ll find us enjoying sports, traveling, and meeting new people. We've been boating for over 10 years, both in our home waters in the Netherlands and now in beautiful Ibiza. Over the years, we’ve gained experience as both renters and owners, and we've had the pleasure of being captains on many exciting trips. From taking groups to secluded beaches to organizing fun sunset tours, we’ve done it all! Our goal is to make boating accessible and fun for everyone. General Statement VG Boats aims to provide safe and enjoyable boat rental experiences. However, by booking and using any of our services, customers acknowledge and agree that they assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their passengers. VG Boats is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the use of our vessels. Acceptance of Risk Customers and their passengers understand that boating activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to: - Collisions with other vessels or objects. - Weather changes, water conditions, and waves. - Equipment failure or misuse. - Personal injuries, including slips, trips, and falls. By stepping onto any vessel provided by VG Boats, customers confirm they are engaging in this activity at their own risk and assume all associated risks. Customer Responsibilities The customer is fully responsible for: - Operating the vessel in a safe and lawful manner. - Following all applicable maritime regulations and guidelines provided during the safety briefing. - Ensuring the safety of all passengers onboard. - Avoiding reckless or negligent behavior. VG Boats is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries caused by the actions of the customer or their passengers. Liability Waiver VG Boats is not liable for any claims arising from: - Personal injury or death of customers or passengers. - Damage to personal belongings. - Loss of valuables during the rental period. Customers waive all rights to hold VG Boats responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Insurance and Damages VG Boats provides basic insurance coverage for the vessels as required by local laws. However, this does not cover personal injuries or third-party damages caused by the customer’s negligence. Customers are responsible for any damage to the vessel during their rental period and agree to pay for repairs or replacements if necessary. Agreement by Booking By confirming a booking with VG Boats, customers explicitly agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Disclaimer Policy. Customers are encouraged to review this policy thoroughly before making a reservation. Governing Law This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ibiza.
