We are a local wildlife and sightseeing boat tour company, running day and evening cruises departing from St Andrews and Elie. Our Tango 1 is a 6 metre Humber Destroyer RIB and has seating for 5 passengers and 1 crew. This type of boats are recognised for their rugged construction, good sea keeping abilities and are used by emergency services throughout the world. They are both licensed by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency and carry comprehensive safety/emergency equipment. St.Andrews Sea Safari are a W.I.S.E. ( Wildlife Safe) Accredited Operator. This marine training scheme ensures that all wildlife watching is carried in a responsible wildlife friendly manner. We supply fitted adult and childrens lifejackets which must be worn at all times. The safety of our passengers is our number one priority at all times therefore our skippers reserve the right to cancel or amend trips if the weather conditions are unsuitable therefore we cannot guarantee sailing times or wildlife sightings. We understand that people may have disabilities or are just apprehensive about sailing, please just let us know when booking and we will do our utmost to help. Vessels carry full third party passenger liability insurance (excluding personal effects).
