YACHT CHARTER RULES & POLICIES • Maximum of six (6) paying passengers allowed (U.S. Coast Guard 6 pack rule). • Charter time begins at the scheduled departure time, not passenger arrival time. • Late arrival does not extend the charter end time. • Passengers must follow all instructions given by the captain at all times. • BYOB – guests may bring their own beverages. Responsible alcohol consumption only. • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Charter will terminate immediately if discovered. • 15% crew gratuity is customary and appreciated. • No shoes on deck unless approved by the captain. • Avoid red wine or substances that may stain upholstery or carpets. • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel. • Excessive cleaning (spills, stains, vomiting, trash) may result in a $100–$500 cleaning fee. • The vessel owner and crew are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings
