STAND UP PADDLING IN CANARY, LANZAROTE. Summer and Winter, we are open all year round. The Stand Up is a relatively new sport in Spain. There is evidence that the ancient inhabitants of the South Pacific for many years used it to travel between the islands. The SUP In recent years it has become very fashionable in the Canary Islands, since it is relatively easy and allows the practice to anyone regardless of age. A different and fun way to enjoy the sea, the feeling of floating in the water while you're watching the diversity of the seabed in Lanzarote, a very rewarding experience as well as being beneficial to health. The SUP courses have a duration of two hours a day, enjoy when paddle boarding and standing up.
