If conditions are unsafe (thunderstorms, high winds >25 mph, red-flag warnings, or lightning within 10 miles), I’ll cancel or reschedule with full refund or credit. Safety & Rules – Keeping Everyone Happy & Protected - Life jackets are mandatory for all riders (provided on board—super comfy ones!). - No alcohol or substances before or during the rental—let’s keep the fun clear-headed and safe. - Maximum 3 riders at a time, and drivers must be at least 16 years old. - Please stay in open, permitted areas—no restricted zones or risky maneuvers. - Return the jet ski in the same condition: full tank, clean, no damage. I take great care of it, and I’d love for it to come back happy too! - Any accidental damage will come from the security deposit—standard stuff to protect both of us. Other Concerns - Fuel is on you after the first tank. - No towing, no stunts that risk damage.
