Uno Mas also known as "The Fearless 40" is a long-range easy going trawler who has completed a trans-Atlantic crossing! She is equipped with all creature comforts including a full galley, a full bathroom (aka the head), a salon with large windows to take in the sights around you or al fresco on the aft deck. Our own Captain Jason is a retired Air Force C-17 pilot with a passion for adventure and a keen attention to safety. He has grown up fishing and boating and loves calling Puget Sound his home. You are in great hands on his boat as he shares the beautiful sights of the south Sound with you. Captain Jason and First Mate Kate have been boating around Puget Sound for 15 years, including fishing off the Pacific Coast, cruising in the San Juans and Canada and adventuring in the Bahamas. We love exploring the Puget Sound on the water, fishing, crabbing, and clamming. - All passengers must follow safety instructions provided during the safety briefing prior to departure. - Life jackets are available and must be worn when directed by the Captain. - Passengers with known medical conditions, limited mobility, or who are pregnant must notify the crew before boarding. The Operator reserves the right to deny boarding if safety is a concern. - Illegal substances, firearms, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. - Passengers must behave responsibly and respectfully toward crew, other guests, and property. - Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or refusal to follow the Captain's instructions may result in early termination of the charter with no refund. - Children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times unless exempted by the Captain under specific conditions. - The Operator and its crew are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence. - Passengers voluntarily assume all risks related to boating, including slipping, motion-related injuries, or exposure to weather and marine conditions. - The Operator shall not be held liable for delays, shortened trips, or cancellations caused by weather, mechanical failure, or acts beyond reasonable control. - In the event of an emergency, passengers must remain calm and follow all instructions from the Captain and crew. - The vessel is equipped with emergency flotation devices, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and a marine radio for emergency communication. - If evacuation is necessary, the Captain will direct all passengers to life jackets and the proper method of disembarkation.
