Skûtsje Wylde Wytsing (25p) The Wylde Wytsing a skûtsje with a history. Built in 1902 in Drachten is one of the earlier Frisian skûtsjes that were built in steel. On the ship are still many features exist which indicate that the builders have had steel in their hands, but still built with wood in the head. After a period as a cargo ship called the Great Expectation Wylde Wytsing has been converted into a houseboat, the mast and the sails went off and in its place was a building in which to live. In the 80s of the last century, the ship was restored to its original condition for them to go sailing with guests. There is ample deck space to sit and enjoy the surroundings.You can also active sailing and take control of the ropes.
