Every morning you can join easy to follow yoga and meditation sessions to uplift your spirit. And to uplift your body you get spoiled with delicious vegetarian meals. The adventure of sailing together with the silence of meditation, mindfulness and yoga is a unique experience. It brings inner silence and peace. It gives new inspiration to take back home. The price includes: -Skipper -Hostess -Fuel yacht and dinghy -All meals, except one diner ashore (1 week bookings or longer) -Drinks, 1 alcoholic drink (beer or wine) with dinner -Yoga and meditation sessions in the morning -Excursions with guide (hiking, visiting caves..)  The space Yemaya is a spacious catamaran. The big cockpit is the ideal place to sit and enjoy the sunset with a nice drink or have a delicious meal. On the deck is plenty of room to walk around and the spacious trampolines in front are perfect to lay down lazily with a good book. The energy is generated by solar panels and therefore it’s not necessary to run the engine during the evenings so you can enjoy your evenings in silence. Electricity is available in 12V and 220V.  Interaction with guests Deep Boel and Prem Mallika Kokke are your hosts on Yemaya. They sailed around the world for years. Since 2012 they have been organising adventurous mindfulness holidays all over the world. Now they are back in Europe, sailing around in the Ionian sea at the west coast of Greece. Yodah and Sita are two lovely female cats found in Malaysia. They are also happy to entertain you with a friendly cuddle now and then.
