While the experience was pleasant, the boat that was made available was not the specific one I requested. Racho was not the one to get in touch with me, rather it was a woman named Clara with a company called Veleros Colombia. She was very nice, confirmed the date of the reservation, then put me in touch with the Captain of the boat - also not a man named Racho (though he was very nice and communicated extensively). All of this would have been fine, but it wasn't until we arrived at the dock that we saw we would not be on a 35ft Beneteau, but instead a 1989 422 Moody. Communication throughout was great, and the Moody was a nice boat and certainly well-cared for, it just wasn't the luxury cruising boat we had reserved. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time about the change, so we could have decided to stick with it or go elsewhere. As it was, I was in the middle of a vacation in Cartagena so I went with the flow, and our group had a nice time, it was just not the experience I thought we were going to get. As I said above, it was a little disappointing.
