Contract terms: Cancellations up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund. If on the day of the trip they declare a red flag and it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure date or request a full refund paid (Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause of cancellation of the reservation).
