Contract terms: - Cancellations up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund. - If on the day of the trip they declare a red flag and it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure date or request a full refund paid (Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause of cancellation of the reservation). - Any discount or return for complaints and claims must be made by mutual agreement between the client or company and the agency provided that the agency has been informed during the provision of the service or 1 day after its completion. - All refunds will be made to the person or company and by the means in which the payment was made.
