Rental Stipulations & Policies – 22' Jetboat 1. Age & Licensing Requirements: - Renter/Operator must be at least 21 years old. - A valid driver’s license is required. 2. Experience: - Renter must have prior boating experience or complete a brief orientation. 3. Capacity Limit: - Maximum of [10] passengers. - Do not exceed the posted capacity for safety reasons. 4. No Alcohol for Driver: - Responsible drinking allowed for passengers of legal age. 5. Fuel Policy: - Boat is provided with a full tank; renter is responsible for refueling or will be charged for fuel after trip. 6. Security Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of $[750] is required to cover potential damages or cleaning fees. 7. Damage & Liability: - Renter is fully responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment during the rental period. - A liability waiver must be signed before departure. 8. Weather Policy: - Unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, storms) may result in rescheduling for free refunds. - cloudy weather does not qualify for a refund. 9. Time & Late Return: - Please return the boat on time. Late returns may incur additional hourly fees. 10. Restricted Areas: - Operation in no-wake zones, shallow water, or restricted areas is prohibited. - GPS tracking may be in use for safety monitoring. 11. Cleaning Fee: - Boat must be returned in fair condition. - Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee of $[120.00]. 12. Pets are allowed - Fee $25.00
