Though we want every guest to totally enjoy their experience, these are some of the rental terms: 1. Because of the constant changing weather, cancellation of a charter due to rain is not a reason to cancel unless the captain feels its unsafe. The captain will determine if there are any safety issues with any charter. If the winds are severe or the water wave height is severe, the captain has the option to cancel or reschedule the charter up to 24hrs before the boat is scheduled to leave the dock . If the charter is cancelled, a new date will be set that works for both parties, and in some situations there may be the possibility of a refund. 2. If guests are late, no time will be added to the time the charter is scheduled for. 3. Damage to any part of the boat caused by a guest will be billed directly to the charterer whose name is on the agreement. 4. No smoking anywhere on the boat unless a pre-authorized place to smoke is determined before the charter. 5. No animals of any kind unless pre-authorized before the charter. 6. No red wine unless pre-authorized before the charter. RED WINE PERMANENTLY STAINS most carpets and furniture.
