The charter is private and includes a captain and crew. The base rate includes up to 20 guests, with a maximum capacity of 40 guests. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to the applicable additional fee and prior arrangement. For the safety and comfort of all guests, the captain may modify the route or activities, or cancel the departure, if weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate. The charter time begins at the scheduled departure time. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time, as late arrivals do not automatically extend the charter duration. If a charter is scheduled immediately after your reservation, the departure time must remain as scheduled to allow the crew sufficient time to prepare the vessel for the next group. Any guest delays cannot reduce the required preparation time between charters. Swimming and snorkeling are subject to sea conditions and the captain’s approval. Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly and may be restricted if necessary for safety. Guests are expected to follow the captain and crew’s instructions and treat the vessel and equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges. Cancellations and changes are subject to the applicable booking policy and GetMyBoat’s terms.
