Enjoy a private Annapolis harbor ride aboard a 12-foot 40HP AB Oceanus RIB runabout. This is a simple, affordable way to get out on the water, see Spa Creek, Ego Alley, the Annapolis waterfront, moored boats, waterfront homes, and nearby harbor views without joining a larger public tour boat. Rent it all day and have your very own water taxi for the day! This is best for 1 to 4 guests looking for a short, relaxed private ride rather than a full sailboat charter. Depending on weather, harbor traffic, and conditions, we can cruise Spa Creek, pass through Ego Alley, check out the waterfront, visit waterfront restaurants outside of town, and just enjoy Annapolis from the water's perspective. Captained by a USCG Master credentialed captain. Maximum: 4 guests - although we can safely add a 5th if the max weigh limit of the vessel.

Stephen is the type of guy who makes the whole experience of boating on the water a once-in-a-lifetime feat. From his warm demeanor to his approach to helping each guest he takes on, to his allowance of people driving his own boat, his guidance along the way makes each and every guest wanting to come back for more. As soon as he met me outside the marina, he steered us on his boat into the waters of Annapolis Harbor, and did not hesitate to explain the landmarks we would be seeing alongside how boating actually works. For a newbie, he guided me on the logistics of how to drive his boat, which is something I thought was very warm and interesting. Stephen is an extremely friendly guy and is willing to do anything it takes to make his guests feel respected, relaxed and willing to know all about “the way of the water”. I learned a lot from him, and was left feeling fulfilled by my visit. I highly recommend Stephen to anyone who wants to do boating on the waters of Annapolis because he is a very knowledgeable and friendly person who always goes the extra mile.

I’m a USCG Master credentialed captain based in Annapolis. I operate a classic Nauticat 331 pilothouse ketch and offer relaxed, private boating and sailing experiences around the Annapolis waterfront, Spa Creek, the Severn River, and nearby Chesapeake Bay waters. My focus is safety, comfort, and a low-key personal experience. Depending on weather and conditions, we can sail, cruise the harbor, anchor, enjoy the views, swim when appropriate, or arrive at a waterfront restaurant by boat. Longer outings and overnight trips to places like St. Michaels, Rock Hall, Baltimore Inner Harbor, or a quiet anchorage may also be available by request. This is not a crowded party boat. It is best for couples, families, visiting guests, small groups, birthdays, sunset cruises, or anyone who wants a private and comfortable time on the water. Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks, and I’m happy to customize the outing with you based on your interests, the weather, and the conditions.
