We stop when you want to stop and we go when you want to go.  We will give you plenty of time to explore, experience and enjoy the places you want to. We want your trip to Costa Rica to be unique and memorable.

• Will we have time to pick up some souvenirs?

  • Upon request, we can stop for souvenirs.  Please inform your driver if you would like to stop or if you are looking for something in particular. Our drivers and guides are always happy to point you in the right direction.

• I am on a restricted diet. Will I be able to get a meal that meets my needs?

  • For the most part Costa Ricans will go out of their way to help you in any way they can.  However, it is easier to meet the needs of your dietary restrictions if we are informed of them in advance.  Please inform us of your special dietary request at the time of your booking.

• I am traveling with someone that is physically challenged. Can you accommodate us?

  • Yes!  We pride ourselves on our ability to understand the difficulties that a traveler with physical challenges encounters.  Please contact our office for specific arrangements.

• Do I tip the driver or guide?

  • Gratuities or tips are not included. If you are satisfied with your tour and the services you received, it is appropriate to tip the driver and guide to show your appreciation.

• What if I want to cancel; will I get a refund?

  • If you do have to cancel your tour or transportation service, please advise us as soon as possible. A handling charge may apply unless we can re-book the vehicle.
