Important Policies & Safety Information - Weather Cancellations: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe boating conditions. If weather prevents your rental, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund according to GetMyBoat policies. - Arrival & No-Shows: Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to the platform’s cancellation policy. - Safety First: All passengers must follow boating safety guidelines and operator instructions. Life jackets are provided; however, guests with young children are encouraged to bring properly fitted life jackets for the best fit and comfort. Children under 12 years old are required to wear a life jacket at all times. - Boat Rules: No reckless operation or operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. - Fuel: Fuel is not included in the rental price and is the responsibility of the renter. Two convenient options include: pre pay for fuel via Venmo before your rental or refuel boat on the lake before returning it.  - Capacity: Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded at any time. - Cleanliness: Please return the boat in the same condition it was received. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
