If weather prevents your rental, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund according to GetMyBoat policies. - Arrival & No-Shows: Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to the platform’s cancellation policy. - Safety First: All passengers must follow boating safety guidelines and operator instructions. Life jackets are provided; however, guests with young children are encouraged to bring properly fitted life jackets for the best fit and comfort. - Boat Rules: No reckless operation or operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. - Fuel: The boat is provided fueled and ready to go. Guests may prepay for fuel or refuel on the lake before returning the boat. - Capacity: Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded at any time. - Cleanliness: Please return the boat in the same condition it was received. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
