We are here to help you experience the stunning waters of Layton. Having logged many hours on these tides, our Captains can tell you all about them. ***Captain add on is an additional fee of $300 for 4 hours or $550 for 8 hours. You'll be welcome aboard a 24' Cobia center console with a capacity for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, tackle and lures waiting for you. Live bait is also available; however, be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks and drinks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach. Species like Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Black Grouper, Red Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Hogfish, Sailfish, Swordfish, Wahoo, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, and more inhabit these waters, depending on the time of year. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous guests among you, there's spearfishing, diving and lobstering! Don't forget to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be water on board; however, let the captain know if you wish to bring your own.
