   We had the best time with Captain Matt for our company’s 40th anniversary outing on the Toronto Harbour! From the start, everything was easy — clear pick-up instructions, smooth boarding, and such a welcoming vibe. We had to reschedule a couple of times, and he was so understanding every step of the way. He even brought us ice on super short notice, which was a lifesaver. On the water, he adjusted the speed and atmosphere to match our group perfectly, making it feel both fun and relaxed. Matt was kind, patient, and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great time. Honestly, he made the whole celebration even more special.    From the initial response to my inquiry until the excursion day, Gene was such a delight to work with! Not only was he super attentive and quick with his responses, but patient as well with answering all of the many questions that I had. On the day of the excursion, my group of 12 had the pleasure of working with Captains Kyle & Chris. They were beyond accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, hospitable, charismatic....and great company overall!! The guys felt more like family to us than anything. We had such a fun experience on the yacht which was clean, spacious and matched the description perfectly. My friends and I created so many unforgettable memories and are currently planning a full day rental next year!! I can't wait to work with Gene and his fantastic crew again.    Our ride got canceled due to high waves. But Alvee offered to spend time on his boat and took us back on another day. He is really adjusting and price wise really good and affordable. Highly recommend.
