   Michael was so great at prompt communication, and overall friendliness and professionalism. He was so kind to fill up the on-board cooler with ice. This boat was so fun to use - easy to drive, his instructions were super clear for operating the boat, and the sound system was so fun to use for our group playlist.    Amazing day on the water. Randolph was a great captain—professional, timely, friendly, and accommodating. He navigated the waters with ease, was a great communicator, and our group loved him.    Captain Edward was awesome! We had an easy pick up and great cruise around Mercer Island, he helped us find a good swim spot for the kids and it was no trouble at all to stop of at a marina for a bathroom break. Great experience altogether, looking forward to using their rectal service again!
