JP was great at communicating and answered all my questions before booking & I had a lot of them because I am from out of town. While on the boat JP’s customer service was top notch. He noticed when we were trying to take pictures of the scenery and would steer in the direction we were taking pictures. He checked in the whole ride and we felt really comfortable. We had such a great time with Edwin! From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind and accommodating. Our boat day was a last-minute idea for my bachelorette trip, so we especially appreciated how quickly and clearly he communicated with us. We weren’t looking for anything fancy — just a chill cruise around the lake — and Edwin made it perfect. The boat was super clean and really nice, and he even made a stop halfway through so we could hop in for a swim. Along the way, he pointed out wild burros and other cool sights around the lake, which made the whole experience even more memorable. On top of everything, we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him — it felt like we were out on the water with a friend. Highly recommend booking with Edwin!
