Rented a pontoon boat from Ryan for a day on Lake Geneva and it was fantastic from start to finish. Ryan and his family were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process — quick responses, clear instructions, and genuinely helpful with any questions we had. They made the entire rental hassle-free. The boat itself was in perfect condition — clean, well-maintained, and ran flawlessly the whole time we had it out on the water. No mechanical issues, no surprises, just a smooth day on the lake. Highly recommend renting from Ryan if you’re looking for a reliable boat and a genuinely great owner to work with. My family had such a great time on Jason’s boat! We were supposed to go out the day prior however weather forecasts looked a bit crazy so he let us change dates. His communication on where to meet, how we would get on the lake, and how the entire process would work was very clear! He provided a cooler with ice, a two-person tube, and all life vests. We look forward to renting from him again when we return!

We were going to book for a half day but ended up going with a full day after exchanging a couple of messages and learning we could do a dock and dine on the lake for lunch. The rental boat was amazing and super clean, Jason was an amazing host and accommodating after we asked pretty late at night the night before to push our reservation so we could grab a couple of last minute things in the morning. Wonderful experience and we will definitely rent again with him.
