Alex responded immediately via the GetMyBoat app to all my questions and, with his assistant Rick who met us at at the ramp, ensured the boat was ready to go upon our arrival. This is our second year booking with Emily. I have no criticisms about our experience. The pick up and drop off was a breeze and our Dock Hand Alex was incredibly accommodating and kind. Emily stopped by to make sure everything was in order before we cast off. The boat was in good working order and everything was clean and in good condition. We had a wonderful time again this year and look forward to doing it again every year till we decide to buy a boat of our own. In the meantime, this has been fantastic for us and our family considering we don’t boat enough right now to justify owning one. Emily takes care of all of the “not fun“ stuff about boating so we just show up, sign the papers and hit the water without a moments delay, return, hand the keys back, and walk back to our car. It’s a really great process that they have perfected.
