This Carver boasts a very roomy cabin and cockpit, with room for the whole family, and then some. She is remarkable for her size and comfort. Notably, the Mariner has expansive single-level interior as well as her roomy flybridge with its lounge seating for several guests. Instead of traditional side decks, wide walkways sweep up from the deck to the bridge, that makes it easy to get around the boat. Also note that the foredeck bench seat converts into a sun pad.
She is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchen size galley, refrigerator, microwave, coolers, fire extinguishers, first aid kit and other safety equipment, as well as USCG Type-1 life vests for all passengers. Has a great JL Audio Sound System you can plug into either via Bluetooth, AUX or USB; as well, is perfect for your group of up to 12 guests to take a trip to the playpen (the hub of activity on the lakefront). For groups larger than 12, consider renting a matching size power boat in our fleet of 4 boats to accommodate up to 24 guests. We are docked at 31st street harbor which is about a 10 minute taxi from downtown.
There is paid parking available nearby. We offer daytime, evening and night pleasure cruises for groups from 1 up to 12 to the Playpen for Party Cruises, and/or up the Riverwalk at addition fees. Chicago's city lights also boast a beautiful skyline to behold while cruising the Lake Michigan shoreline! The Chicago River offers interesting architecture and historic sites great for sightseeing. You can also celebrate your personal events while cruising Lake Michigan shoreline from Birthday Parties, Bachelor Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Engagement Parties, Anniversary Cruises to Office Parties and more. You name the party, we'll name the boat. During the Summertime, every Wednesday and Saturday nights the City of Chicago presents a fantastic Firework display at the heart of Navy Pier which is a sight to behold from the Lake.
We offer Firework Party Cruises throughout Summer. Firework Cruises are a minimum of three hours in duration with a bit of a price increase.
BOOKING RATE: These rates do not include captain, fuel, or cleaning fee which are priced as outlined herein.
Rates: Weekday $375 per hour, Weekend $450 per hour, Holidays and Special Boating Days $475 per hour. Minimum 3 hour booking. Again, rates do not include the captain's fee.
CORPORATE RATE: Weekday $600 per hour. Corp Weekend $550. Minimum 3 hour booking. Again, rates do not include the captain's fee.
Special Event Cruises include the July 4th Firework Cruises, The Air & Water Show, and The Chicago Scene Water Event. These are major events and are spectacular shows with a slight fee increase for these special water event days as listed above. Rates are for BOAT RENTAL ONLY.
The Captain's fee is a separate transaction between renter and captain (this is a US Coast Guard Law), where you will hire the captain and pay them directly. The operator of the boat must be a US Coast Guard licensed captain. You cannot drive this boat yourself unless you are a US Coast Guard licensed captain (50 ton minimum endorsement). You are welcome to hire your own licensed captain with owner approval, or you may hire a captain from our list. We'll forward you a contact list of captains who are familiar with our boat after you complete the reservation. Captains typically charge $75 per hour, plus customary gratuity.
Separate Fee Structure: In addition to the boat rental rate and the payment you will make to the captain, there is a fuel and cleaning fee. Fuel reimbursement will be $160 for our most popular itinerary to the playpen anchorage and back. Cleaning fee is $90 flat rate for any of the charter slots. River Cruises are $100 additional for fuel charges.

If you or your party feel like taking a swim or lounging on the water, the boat has an extended dive platform, a floating mat, floating raft and water hammocks.
