Put the success of your event in our hands. CAPTAIN: This is a recreational vessel so you will need to hire a captain directly. We provide a pre-approved Captain contact list, but you have your choice of who to hire. We recommend budgeting $150 per hour plus gratuity. You may hire a different qualified captain through our owner-approval process. ADDITIONAL FEES: $295 fuel (river cruise may have surcharge), $100 cleaning fee WHAT TO EXPECT: This luxurious double-deck Italian yacht is an exquisite experience from inside out. There are numerous outside lounge spaces on the flybridge, back deck and bow. Premium leather and wood grain finishes are used through out the interior. 'Trinity' checks all the boxes for a high-end yacht experience. WEATHER: If you are unable to use the boat due to dangerous weather conditions or heavy sustained rain, (actually happening at time of rental, not based on forecast conditions) you can elect to either reschedule at no charge or to receive a 75% refund of the boat rental rate. LOCATION: We are docked at 31st street harbor which is about a 10 minute taxi from downtown. There is paid parking available nearby. CAPTAIN: All prices listed are for the boat rental only, you must hire a US Coast Guard licensed captain to pilot the boat. We can recommend several captains that are familiar with the operation of this particular vessel, and you will pay the captain directly. You are not limited to only the captains on the list, you are able to hire a different USCG licensed captain. We recommend a budget of $150/hr + gratuity for the captain. This process is not unique to our company. It is a US Coast Guard law. RENTAL AGREEMENT: A boat rental agreement will be sent by email, following the booking confirmation, for your review and siganture. This agreement must be signed for the rental to proceed. WAIVERS: Our insurance company requires that all passengers sign a liability waiver. This waiver must be signed by all passengers prior to the boat's departure from the dock.
