Renter must be @ least 21 years old. A safety orientation and vessel walkthrough will be provided before departure. No smoking, illegal drugs, or unauthorized guests. Maximum passenger capacity must be observed at all times. The vessel must be returned on time and in the same condition received. Damage, excessive cleaning, or late return fees may apply. For renters who need a captain, a list of qualified independent captains is available upon request. Renters are free to select any qualified captain of their choice. Weather Policy: The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. If the Captain determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe for the scheduled charter (including, but not limited to, high winds, lightning, severe storms, or other hazardous conditions), the charter may be postponed or rescheduled. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations. Guests will receive a credit or the opportunity to reschedule their charter for a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability. Failure to attend the rescheduled charter or inability to agree on a new date does not entitle the renter to a refund.
