He was very good at communication, showed up early, and was so helpful in getting us on and off the water at the start and end of the weekend!    overall experience with Jon was AMAZING. his communication was 10/10. a friend was stuck in traffic and he was very accommodating to our small situation. once we started our rental, he was very knowledgeable on every detail we asked. his boating skills were 10/10. he even brought us to a spot to see some dolphins! it was amazing! the water was so calm so the cruise was very chill, everything was perfect. we definitely will be booking again VERY soon!
