The booking process was easy, and Jeremy was very quick to respond to any questions. On the day of our trip, we arrived about 50 minutes early due to light traffic, and the team was flexible enough to let us start about 20 minutes earlier so we could enjoy the great weather. During the 3-hour trip, we spent most of our time relaxing on the hammock, which comfortably fit three people at once. The team also provided very comfortable loungers for the other two members of our group. They were attentive throughout the trip and warned us about larger waves that might drench us while we were sitting on the hammock. Captain Efe regularly checked in to make sure we were doing well and happily explained what we were seeing around us, including the container ships, cranes, and the bay. We had an amazing trip. The boat is beautiful, and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I would 100% recommend this experience and can’t wait to go out with Captain Efe again.

If you’re in the Bay Area, going with Jan and the Hokahey is a no brainer. Excellent communication from booking to boarding. Great conversation and knowledge of the area. Beautiful boat with room indoors for a warm setting out of the breeze, and plenty of room to spread out and sit up high and see the views or lay on the trampoline mesh up front to listen to the waves. Excellent experience, would recommend to anyone.

We tracked close to Alcatraz, its silhouette looming like a warning. We were so happy we chose this vessel. The catamaran was steady and true. we got to motor out as well as sail and enjoy the splash of salt water in our faces. Capt. Jan and Ellen were so very kind and thoughtful. Would have loved to spend more time with them. We sprinkled my brother's ashes today. I will always remember this day. Truly memorable.
