Rob was an amazing captain and water sport instructor. He was so patient and encouraging with my kids. He had all the water sports toys you needed. I couldn't have asked for a more excellent day. You can tell Rob enjoys being out on the water. I highly recommend this experience for families.

Rob and his co-captain, Melissa, were both amazing! Rob was prompt with his communication and easy to work with during the booking process. The day before the scheduled trip, the forecast called for thunderstorms and Rob was flexible with the situation. We shifted our reservation slightly which allowed us to have a beautiful day on the lake. Once we arrived, it was clear from a garage jam-packed with different watersport equipment just how much Rob loved boating. He was at ease instructing different levels of comfort in the water - gently encouraging a couple members of our party who were more nervous, while pushing the more adventurous part of our group to try new tricks and improve our skills. Later in the day, Rob asked if we wanted to have him take some pictures of us with his drone; we said yes and he sent us some awesome aerial footage after the trip. Overall, Rob was spectacular. He loved what he did and made us feel like longtime family friends. I would highly recommend him and would come back again!

Joey's boat is absolutely the perfect sandbar boat. Take a nice leisurely cruise to the sandbar, enjoy the shade and large seating area. It is easy to spend hours on this boat and relax! If you are looking to see the sandbar and the Lake James chain this boat is the best value in NE Indiana!

John was PHENOMAL! We had a larger group and he was very accommodating. We did multiple shorter trips during our time which allowed everyone to get a turn on the boat. We also had kids with us and he was wonderful teaching them boat safety and making sure they were all comfortable. We highly recommend John if you are in Southwest Michigan and want a fun cruise of the coast!

Captain John and his boat were both amazing! The kids loved it and he tailored it to exactly what we wanted to do and see. He made us comfortable and even let the kids drive which made their day! We will definitely book with him in the future! It was worth every penny to get out on Lake Michigan without worrying about driving a boat ourselves! Book with Captain John and you won’t be disappointed!
