   From the jump Michael was very professional and came through at a time when my original plans were going up in smoke. I was a little bit un easy with the process of verifying my ID with the account being locked for a period of time, but Michael was able to put my mind at ease and everything was going to be ok, and it was. I will be working with him for future bookings.

   Everything we needed was set up in the boat and the owner was understanding and fair in settling up any additional charges. Everything ran smooth and was a great option for our group of 6.
