   Avalon Harbor's Only Sailing Charter

   This was an absolutely beautiful tour on an incredible sailboat. We toured the island and also were able to snorkel as the boat was equipped with plenty of masks and snorkels. Raphael was such a fantastic captain teaching us all of the history of Catalina. Totally recommend this experience!!!!! Thank you!

   Captain Raphael was really nice and amazing to work with! We booked our trip last minute and he accommodated us! We were able to go snorkeling and paddle boarding at a really beautiful cove that he took us to. We even saw dolphins on way there! I highly recommend this private charter in Catalina!

   Our transportation to the dock was cancelled at the last minute and we had to drive ourselves causing us to be 10 minutes late in getting all aboard. Part of the delay was due to a misunderstanding of where the boat was going to be docked. Previous messaging with Mario had indicated that it would be north of the Maritime Museum rather than south. However, Captain Nico was great in his understanding of the situation and helpful to the get us all safely on board. After that, we all had a fabulous time for my birthday party. The four sitting areas were all clean and well-maintained, the crew friendly and accommodating, and kept the boat "smooth sailing" throughout the 3-hour ride. We used a caterer and he was allowed on 30 minutes before departure, so when we arrived, everything was set up and ready to go for a champagne toast as we cruised the harbor. Terrific event made in part possible by the captain and crew.

   My group and I had a great time renting from Mario! The price was good for 3 hours and even with the delay, it was relayed ahead of time and still gave us the amount of time we paid for. It would help to let us know more specifically where to park and finding the docking spot because it was hard to find.

   This was worth every penny, the crew was amazing, the boat was beautiful and spacious and the ride was smooth! The hospitality of the crew was spectacular and made us feel very welcomed and made everything so easy, they were extremely helpful and I will recommend them to everyone! If you’re looking through reviews wondering “should I book?” Look no further, everything is exactly as pictured and the staff is what separates them from the rest! Best experience!

   Pirate Ship in Avalon, Catalina

   A true Pirate Adventure! 🏴‍☠️ This was the trip of a lifetime to Catalina Island, felt like a movie the whole time because it was so beautiful. We saw pods of dolphins, got to sleep on the ship anchored just off shore, and were spoiled with the coolest private shore boat to the island whenever we wanted to explore! Captain Andrew is a great host, captain, and history buff. We so enjoyed his cool answers to our questions about everything we could see on the ship, on the way, and on the island! We also felt extremely safe the whole time trip. I highly recommend booking with him. This would be a dream birthday pirate adventure, photo shoot or music video set location, unique romantic getaway, staycation for something unique in LA that your friends will be jealous of! There are fun props like swords and hats, and we even got to shoot the real cannon!
