Weather cancellations are determined solely by the captain based on safety conditions. If unsafe weather prevents the trip from taking place, we will gladly work with you to reschedule or follow the platform’s cancellation policy. No illegal drugs or smoking inside the yacht are permitted. Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages, and we ask that everyone treats the yacht with care and respect. Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow the captain’s instructions may result in the charter ending early without a refund.
