Our family friendly favorite spot is Egmont Key, where our girls LOVE to try and spot as many dolphin & sometimes even sea turtles! 🐢🐬 Our ADULT friendly favorite spot is Passage Key, for an unforgettable sand bar vibe that you won’t forget! Boat Rental Policies Bareboat Charter Agreement • Fuel Policy: • You are responsible for the cost of fuel, as required by law. • The boat will be provided with a full fuel tank. After your trip, the fuel cost will be calculated and deducted from your security deposit. • The 150 four-stroke engine is fuel-efficient, achieving speeds of 38-40 mph. However, note that performance may vary depending on passenger load. ⸻ Bad Weather Policy • Rescheduling: • Due to Florida’s unpredictable weather, you may reschedule your trip within one year of your original reservation date. • Scattered summer showers are common; however, trips may be canceled due to lightning or high winds. • Cancellation Fee: • A $150 fee applies if you miss the cancellation period. • Cleaning Fee: • A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive trash left on the boat. ⸻ Damage Policy • You are responsible for all damages caused by inappropriate use or operator error. • Repair Costs (examples): • Scratches or small damages (<3 ft): $100 • Medium damages (<5 ft): $200 • Large damages (5-10 ft): $300 • Lost Equipment: • Rope: $20 • Buoy: $40 • Whistle: $15 • Major Damages: • Seat damage: $100 • Steering cable: $500 • Propeller scratches/dings: $100 • Running out of fuel: $300 • Security Deposit: • If the boat is returned without damages, lost equipment, or delays, the deposit will be refunded in full. ~We aim to ensure your boating experience is enjoyable, safe, and stress-free.
