Knowing there would be some paperwork and orientation, we arrived 25 mins before the allotted time. Ali and his relative (sorry, can’t remember his name) were warm and courteous and processed us as quickly as possible. Once on the boat, instructions were clear and precise, and off we went. The day was great and when it was hot enough to put up the top, discovered that it was ripped and unsecurable! This was much to my wife’s chagrin as she burns easily. So we cruised along and let the wind cool us. It was neet seeing our position on Apple Maps. After our two hours, we motored in and Ali moored us. He apologized profusely for the top explaining it was the storm. I should have dealt with the folks directly rather than paying the broker fee. Also, the gas should be included in the total amount not as a surprise add on. Otherwise, a great day. Yes, I recommend.

We are a rental company with over 30 Fleets. we will hold your booking for a maximum of 30 min before arrival, however anything after that is considered a no show, which will cause for the renter to lost 100% of the fee paid. Weather conditions, emergencies, and etc are considered normal and we will either refund and or reschedule the renter. Please keep in mind that we will provide all necessary safety equipment, and training before send you out on water. We will provide you license as well. please keep in mind that fuel cost is not included in the price and will be charged separately.
