1. River Medway Guided Kayak Trips from Yalding, United Kingdom

River Medway Guided Kayak Trips from Yalding, United Kingdom

A thrilling Guided Kayak experience, ready to book in Yalding, United Kingdom! Rates starting from £35 per person/kayak! It's simple really, I paddle, coach and guide for pleasure. It's a hobby. It's not the day job and it doesn't have to pay the bills (well perhaps some of the paddling ones!). This means I can offer a great range of services but at very affordable prices. We are based in Yalding, Kent, just 5 minutes from the River Medway. So whether you want to hire a canoe or kayak to explore the Medway Canoe Trail, arrange a guided trip or improve your personal paddling with one of our courses or some individual coaching there is something here for you and it needn't cost the earth. Guided trips are a great way to explore unfamiliar places or to provide you with some extra piece of mind from paddling with a qualified BCU Coach/Leader who can keep an eye on you while you enjoy the surroundings. Whilst guided trips are not coaching sessions, some basic instruction can be included meaning some of the easier trips offer a great taster to see if paddling is for you! For River Medway guided trips we supply all equipment and this is included in the prices shown. If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. Just hit, “Request to Book” and send us an inquiry for a custom offer. Rates: - Daily £35.00 - per single person kayak per day

Captain is not included.
Trip may require hiring additional qualified personnel.

p align="justify"I am a Kent based Paddlesport Coach who has been paddling for 9 years and coaching for 5 of these. Not a fantastic amount of time compared to many out there but my wife would be the first to point out that I have managed to squeeze in quite a lot in that time!pp align="justify"Paddling is very much a hobby for me. When I'm not paddling with friends I am a volunteer coach with Scouts and with Bennett Memorial School who run a busy and successful school DofE canoeing program. Outside of that I spend my time providing training and guiding locally in Kent and further afield.pp align="justify"Whilst I paddle canoe and kayak I have a particular passion for canoeing and the versatility of the open canoe. Whether it's a run down a whitewater river, a multi day camping trip on remote Scottish lochs or a relaxed bimble on a local river, the canoe does them all.pp align="justify"I am currently a British Canoe Union (BCU) Paddlesport Coach with UKCC Level 2 and Moderate Water Endorsement in Canoe having also completed Advanced Water Endorsement canoe training in both open water and white water enviroments. I am a 5 Star Open Canoe Leader and 4* Touring Leader (kayak amp canoe) and aspirant Foundation Safety And Rescue Provider.pp align="justify"I train and assess the BCU 1amp 2 Star Awards plus the BCU 3 Star Canoe Awards (Open and Touring).ppbr pp align="justify"John Lengthornp
